A few years ago I was scheduled to be on the Gary Rivers radio show to promote our Merry Crustmas, Hoppy Holidays event. When I got there, Gary had accidentally double booked the show with both me and Mr Paul Gay. (Paul is on the board of the Army of Toys). We both had never met each other and were both like “we can share the hour” on the radio show. We got to talking, and I said “let’s tie in the Army of Toys drive with our event”…anyone who brought a $10 toy got an extra entry into our grand prizes. The rest is history!!

Year one was a huge success!! Last year was even bigger, and you all literally filled up a limo with toys!! Thousand and thousands of dollars worth of toys for kids in our town…all because of you all!!

We have become friends since that fateful day, and when he asked me this year to be on the committee, it was an easy yes!!

Stay tuned!! In the next few days we will be announcing some big things in store for this years campaign!! (Including a contest that is a first of its kind here in town, that any pizza lover would love to be a part of)

Like I said…this is more than a food review page to us…loving pizza can’t possibly unite a community can it?? We think it can
